We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned, and technically proficient Head of Operations to lead our Operations department, which includes the KYC, payments, and support teams. This role necessitates a comprehensive grasp of the fintech landscape and the ability to view the business from all angles. You will collaborate closely with our product and compliance departments to establish seamless and compliant operational frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership attributes, a forward-looking vision, and strong technical skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding & KYC Oversight Supervise the user onboarding process to guarantee a smooth experience. Ensure adherence to KYC/AML regulations throughout user verification. Collaborate with the compliance team for periodic reviews and audits.
- Payment Management Oversee payment gateways, processing, and reconciliation. Assess and introduce new payment methods to enhance user satisfaction. Work with financial partners and institutions to optimize payment solutions.
- Community Support Manage a team of community support representatives to deliver top-notch service. Establish and implement support protocols and escalation procedures. Analyze customer feedback and data to enhance support systems, potentially incorporating chatbots and other innovative approaches.
- Collaboration with Product & Compliance Teams Collaborate closely with the product and compliance departments to enhance operational efficiency. Drive initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leadership & Strategic Direction Lead cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and execute operational roadmaps that align with SwissBorg’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in leading operational teams and attaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML compliance regulations. Proficiency in payment systems and gateways with strong technical aptitude.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- A minimum of 7 years of operational experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
