We are currently in search of Community Managers to engage with the Pyth developer and user community. Community Managers serve as the public representatives of our organization, offering assistance, fostering relationships with protocols, and providing education and entertainment to our users. These activities are carried out across various online social platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium) as well as through participation in real-world events such as conferences and meetups.
Community Managers also hold a significant role in influencing the future direction of the protocol. They actively interact with our users and the broader cryptocurrency community, utilizing their in-depth knowledge to identify potential partnership opportunities and identify unmet product needs. In this capacity, Community Managers contribute to the expansion and development of the entire Pyth Network ecosystem.

About Us and the Position
We are a compact team, with nearly half of our members possessing technical expertise. Our team is predominantly remote, with members located across the US, Europe, and Asia. We do maintain physical offices in specific locations (Porto, Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Singapore) for individuals who prefer an in-office work environment. Proficiency in English is a fundamental requirement, as our team communicates both internally and with external developers in English. Operating within the rapidly evolving DeFi ecosystem, we function akin to a startup and must remain adaptable to meet evolving market demands. Successful candidates will need to be adaptable problem solvers who can promptly respond to shifting circumstances. Our success hinges on the active involvement of external developers using our protocol. Exceptional candidates will possess the ability to engage in informed discussions with technically-oriented users and address their queries. Responsibilities of the Role:
Create and implement growth strategies for the Pyth Network, with a focus on identifying opportunities to attract fresh users, developers, and protocols. Employ marketing, educational initiatives, and effective communication to nurture ecosystem expansion. Collaborate with external protocol users, as well as internal teams in product development, business, and marketing, to cultivate a thriving ecosystem centered around the Pyth Network. Comprehend and convey the requirements of protocols and publishers to in-house team members. Coordinate online and offline events and other engagements to promote participation within the ecosystem. Offer assistance to Pyth Network users and address their inquiries via various communication channels such as Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
Required Skills:
A genuine passion for DeFi and a solid comprehension of the crypto ecosystem. While you need not be an expert in all technical intricacies, an intermediate-level understanding is essential for effective communication with our developers and users. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Your role entails coordinating multiple projects and operations across diverse functions, from engineering to communications. Given the rapid pace of the crypto industry, staying abreast of developments is of paramount importance. Exceptional communication and writing aptitude. Addressing inquiries and generating content such as blogs, tweets, and other written materials for the community constitutes a significant aspect of the role. Moreover, having intermediate knowledge of graphic design applications would be advantageous for creating visual content. Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships. Robust analytical and problem-solving prowess. Basic proficiency in Excel for constructing financial models is a prerequisite. Leadership attributes and a proactive approach, coupled with experience in project management or similar planning-related responsibilities. As part of a globally dispersed, fast-paced remote team, top-down direction may not always be readily available. Therefore, we anticipate your initiative and capacity to drive initiatives forward.
