Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive the expansion and growth of Lumerin’s community. As a crucial member of our team, you will be expected to take a hands-on approach in building and nurturing our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community growth strategy aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Grow and manage Lumerin’s community across key channels, including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and newsletters.
  • Lead community growth initiatives such as giveaways, contests, bounties, and other activations.
  • Track engagement metrics and sentiment to assess community health and impact.
  • Cultivate relationships with active community members and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, education, developer experience, and product teams to plan and execute community growth strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Identify and spearhead strategic partnerships to expand our developer community across various blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, L2s, Solana).
  • Enhance Lumerin’s and our leadership’s presence by actively participating in relevant web3 discussions.
  • Assist in defining Lumerin’s event strategy and host side-events for our developer community.
  • Establish Lumerin’s social voice and generate innovative ideas to distinguish our presence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in the web3 space.
  • 4+ years of experience leading social or community efforts for a tech-focused company.
  • 6+ years of relevant marketing, social media, or communications experience.
  • Proven success in growing a social media following from 0-100k or 100k to 1M followers. Thank you for this opportunity.
  • Experience in social media management for a software, SaaS, or developer platform company with a non-consumer focus.
  • Successful track record in leading social campaigns for product launches and thought leadership.
  • Experience in managing corporate social strategies as well as key executive social profiles.
  • Demonstrated ability to use social and community engagement tactics to enhance other marketing and communications efforts (e.g., event participation).
  • Strong data-driven approach to direct social strategy and refine plans.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Experience working with startups.
  • Passion for blockchain technologies and web3.
  • A hustler mentality; experience in founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
