Description

We are assembling a team for the launch of ddMesh, a decentralized cloud database marketplace. Think of it as “FileCoin for Databases” or “Web3 Airbnb for Databases.”

The cloud database market boasts profit margins exceeding 70% and is primed for disruption. A decentralized model is uniquely positioned to ensure the marketplace remains competitive and fair. In contrast, Web2 business models rely on centralized intermediaries that inevitably prioritize profit over users.

Our DApp will be launched on its own native blockchain, likely as an L2 or L3 app-chain utilizing the op stack or Cosmos Tendermint Evmos.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of computation (expect theory questions)
• Fundamental understanding of blockchains (expect L2 and bridging questions)
• Proficiency in Solidity
• Proficiency in Go (the daemon listening to blockchain events will be in Go)
• Experience with Hardhat
• Experience with DevOps / CI-CD
• Proficiency in Git
• Linux server management skills (we will run some of our own nodes)
