We’re seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key partners and customers. Acting as their primary point of contact, you’ll ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you’ll facilitate seamless communication and support to address any technical issues. Moreover, you’ll work with clients to co-design go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive growth and maximize value for both parties.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Daily Support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Technical Liaison: Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure partners receive the technical support needed to leverage our products and services effectively.
- GTM Strategy Development: Co-design tailored GTM strategies with partners, aligning with their business objectives to drive mutual success and growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster partnerships with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to support client needs.
- Feedback Loop: Gather partner feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in partner-facing or customer relationship management roles.
- Passion for contributing meaningfully to the crypto industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology.
- Ownership mindset with a track record of project success.
