About the MetaMask Delivery Team:

As part of the MetaMask Delivery Team, our focus is on software delivery for our Extension and Mobile platforms. Our team ensures the seamless delivery of various features developed by teams across MetaMask. We manage and facilitate the release processes for our Extension and Mobile platforms, ensuring smooth operations from planning to deployment. Additionally, we provide support to teams during earlier stages of the delivery lifecycle, troubleshooting any challenges that may arise.

What You’ll Do:

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role,

You’ll be responsible for ensuring on-time, quality releases and overseeing our software delivery systems’ continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include developing and managing release schedules, coordinating release cycles, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, managing risks and issues, and communicating with stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet customer requirements and are delivered successfully.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in delivery management for mobile and/or client applications.
Strong project and program management skills.
Experience with project management tools and CI/CD systems Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus
