The Role: Social Media Analyst

Gemini seeks a motivated crypto enthusiast with a profound understanding of the social media landscape to join as our Community Associate. This role involves supporting social media marketing and community engagement for Gemini.

The ideal candidate, deeply rooted in the Web3 ecosystem, will enhance our social media presence, shape brand tone, and contribute to new initiatives. This is an opportunity to cultivate an audience, influence voice and tone, and drive impact through innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a content calendar aligned with product launches and company objectives across social media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams on content and posts.
• Engage with the community across platforms, fostering positive conversations.
• Analyze engagement metrics and devise content plans based on performance.
• Partner with Customer Support and Trust and Safety teams to address customer inquiries received through DMs.
• Stay abreast of social media trends to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in social media community building, preferably within a Web3 company.
• Action-oriented mindset to tackle new initiatives and address customer issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media trends, both short and long-term.
• Passion for crypto and Web3.

Salary Range: $66,000 – $75,000 base salary in New York, California, and Washington. This range excludes discretionary bonus or equity. Compensation factors include skillset, experience, job scope, and market data.
