To fulfill our mission of expanding blockchain adoption, we seek a Technical Account Manager to propel growth within our enterprise clientele and drive pivotal business outcomes. This entails devising account strategies and formulating GTM/product motions to enhance the presence of key accounts on Alchemy.
In this capacity, you’ll collaborate closely with the Technical Account Manager Lead to assess the health of the enterprise customer base and devise strategies for nurturing these relationships. You’ll engage with various teams across the company, including leadership and our founders, presenting significant opportunities for learning and advancement during this transformative phase of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a track record of developing enterprise-facing materials and establishing customer pipelines that drive successful deals. Additionally, a keen interest in web3 and the underlying blockchain technology is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer health and offer proactive guidance to enhance operational efficiency and expand revenue streams.
- Identify growth opportunities and elevate product adoption rates among customers, fostering retention.
- Engage regularly with diverse stakeholders, including executives, operational teams, developers, and cross-functional units.
- Collaborate with Product + Engineering to introduce new products and features to major enterprise clients.
- Oversee customer implementations and executive interactions.
- Provide strategic advice on Web3 infrastructures through comprehensive discovery and understanding of customer environments.
- Employ creative problem-solving and product strategy to achieve over 100% net retention within the enterprise customer base.
- Leverage tools, knowledge, and influence to address customer needs effectively.
- Stay abreast of Web3 ecosystem developments to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
What We Seek:
- 4-8 years of experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Product Engineer.
- Passion for Web3, including a deep understanding of core Ethereum principles, scaling mechanisms, and L1/L2/L3 solutions.
- Prior startup experience.
- Technical background preferred.
