Your Responsibilities:
This exciting role will lead our Developer Relations and Community efforts, engaging with developers across the ecosystem. You’ll represent the needs of our developer community, shaping product development with valuable insights and creating educational content to empower developers. As a leader of our passionate team, you’ll set ambitious goals and cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll build impactful relationships within the blockchain and developer communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with the developer community across multiple platforms.
- Organize and participate in events such as hackathons, webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Manage and expand online community platforms, fostering active participation and a positive environment.
Developer Advocacy:
- Advocate for the developer community’s needs within Consensys.
- Provide product teams with developer-oriented feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Create educational content, tutorials, and guides to support developers in using Consensys products.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of developer advocates and community managers.
- Establish team goals and regularly assess performance.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align community initiatives with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the blockchain and developer communities.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Report on community initiatives and their impact on product adoption and brand perception.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or a similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in organizing and participating in tech events and community initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
