About The Role: Office Experience Manager
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Office Experience Manager to lead the transformation of our New York office into a vibrant, energetic, and collaborative workspace. This role demands a unique blend of office management, event planning, and community engagement skills, ideally coupled with a background in hospitality and a deep understanding of contemporary culture and brands like Supreme, Nike, and other street brands.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our New York office.
- Ensure a vibrant, organized, and productivity-driven office environment.
- Manage space allocation, including dedicated seats for the Aptos team and ecosystem builders.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize and execute various events, from regular happy hours to coffee meetups and web3 ecosystem gatherings.
- Initiate and manage a weekly ecosystem meetup in collaboration with prominent investors and partners.
- Foster community and culture through engaging events and activities.
Cultural Engagement:
- Develop strategies to instill Aptos’ values and community spirit into the office culture.
- Stay attuned to cultural trends, creating a resonant and appealing office atmosphere.
- Be the go-to person for cultivating a positive, inclusive, and dynamic office culture.
Office Vendor and Partnership Management:
- Build relationships with vendors, partners, and the broader business community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and office operations.
Team Support and Feedback Integration:
- Act as a liaison between the team and management for a harmonious work environment.
- Regularly gather and integrate feedback to enhance office life and event experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of contemporary culture, especially in streetwear and lifestyle brands.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Proactive and creative mindset passionate about community building and event management.
Salary Range: The base salary for this full-time position is $65k – $75k. The displayed range reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for Bay Area candidates at any level. However, exceptional talent may be compensated above this range. Compensation includes base salary only and does not encompass equity, tokens, or benefits. Individual pay is influenced by experience, location, skills, and education.
