About DIA:

DIA is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented DevOps Lead Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. As a leading provider of DeFi oracles across over 35 blockchain networks, we’re at the forefront of the decentralized finance space. In this role, you will spearhead our DevOps efforts, ensuring the development, scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure.

Your pivotal role involves complete ownership of ops areas, proactive maintenance, managing systems availability, and contributing to the enhancement of our infrastructure projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Take complete ownership of ops within the organization.
  2. Lead preventive maintenance, uptime management, and systems availability projects.
  3. Ensure delivery, scalability, and reliability of internal infrastructure.
  4. Provide guidance on ops impacts, manage and mitigate DevOps incidents, and improve communication.
  5. Explore future ops strategies, especially in decentralized infrastructure setups.

 

Job Requirements:

Essentials:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Web3/Cryptocurrency experience or a solid understanding of Web3 and decentralized architectures.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar environment.
  • 2+ years of working experience in a web3 project.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Proficient with Kubernetes.
  • Database administration experience.
  • Experience with IPFS or other web3-based distributed computing/storage infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously with a global team.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data stream management.
  • Experience with setting up/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with TEEs, Tamper Evident Proofs, ZK proofs, or other verifiable off-chain computation.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems.
