Overview

This role involves direct collaboration with client, revenue, markets, operations, and engineering teams to deliver robust product solutions, scaling our lending and risk platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of prime brokerage business intricacies, encompassing trade lifecycle workflows, financing and risk operations, collateral management, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities –

• Own and develop a product vision and roadmap for FalconX’s lending platform, defining, prioritizing, and building new capabilities.
• Collaborate with the risk management function to establish robust risk systems for quantifying and managing the firm’s risk exposures.
• Act as the product manager supporting and delivering products with a dedicated engineering team focused on lending and risk.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting our lending and risk businesses to prioritize impactful products and translate customer needs into product roadmaps.
• Build innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment, including backend systems, user experiences, and tools for FalconX Operations and Risk teams.

Experience

• 7+ years in product management/engineering.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in high-paced environments.
• Deep experience in building and managing front, middle, and back-office brokerage infrastructure at scale.
• Proven experience building lending, credit, and risk-related products and systems at a bank, asset manager, or hedge fund.
• Motivated self-starter.
