🚀Role Overview
We’re currently seeking a Data Scientist to collaborate with Immutable’s design, development, and marketing teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our platform and studio leverage data for informed decision-making. This entails conducting quantitative analyses of user interactions, evaluating the effectiveness of various features, and providing actionable recommendations.
You’ll Have the Authority To 🎮
- Foster data-driven choices within Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams by supplying valuable insights and analyses.
- Perform quantitative research and scrutinize user interactions, recognizing recurring patterns and emerging trends for strategic decision-making and platform and studio enhancements.
- Evaluate the performance of distinct features, gauge their efficacy, and furnish suggestions for optimizing them to boost user satisfaction and meet business goals.
- Forge predictive models to anticipate user behavior, guide product development, and steer targeted marketing endeavors.
- Craft visual representations and produce reports that proficiently convey insights and discoveries to stakeholders, thereby aiding decision-making throughout the organization.
- Engage in extensive collaboration with multiple teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure that data analysis and recommendations align harmoniously with the overarching business strategy and objectives.

- High-level expertise in SQL
- Demonstrated experience in data science or comparable positions, encompassing 2-4 years of engagement in data-focused projects, particularly within a product, platform, or marketing-driven firm
- Competence in data examination, modeling, and presentation. The capability to employ statistical methods, decipher intricate data collections, and construct lucid and persuasive data graphics for the effective conveyance of insights
- Robust proficiency in managing stakeholders
- A keen curiosity in emerging technologies.
Additional Consideration Given To ✅
- Prior familiarity with Looker as a tool for data visualization and business intelligence, allowing the crafting of personalized reports and dashboards tailored for stakeholders.
- An understanding of principles rooted in behavioral psychology.
- Proficiency in monetization strategies and design concepts.
- Previous involvement with machine learning techniques and algorithms for the formulation of predictive models and extraction of insights from intricate data assemblies.
- Experience in conceiving and executing A/B tests for the assessment of the influence of varied features, designs, or strategies on user conduct and business results.
