Besu stands as an open-source Ethereum client crafted within the realm of Hyperledger. It’s meticulously coded in Java, boasts mainnet compatibility (currently representing approximately 10% of the network), and is celebrated for its exceptional scalability and high-performance capabilities. The Besu community is vibrant, comprised of dedicated contributors, including Consensys.
Your Responsibilities:
In the role of Senior Blockchain Protocol Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team dedicated to shaping Ethereum’s future through core blockchain technologies. Leveraging your expertise in Java, you will take on the task of conceptualizing distributed systems and crafting high-capacity, robust software solutions. As a core developer for Ethereum, you’ll engage in collaborative efforts with the global Ethereum community, involving researchers, engineers, and product stakeholders from diverse teams within the ecosystem. Your contributions will be pivotal in constructing the networks of the future. Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java programming.
