About the Team:

The Data Analytics team at Fireblocks is a global force driving data-driven insights and strategic initiatives across the organization. If you’re excited to lead in an industry experiencing hyper-growth, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead our analytics efforts, utilizing your expertise in Tableau and data warehouse modeling to support critical decision-making. You’ll excel in our dynamic environment, managing multiple projects, and collaborating closely with fellow analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
• Design and partner with Data Engineers to implement efficient and scalable DWH models, ensuring accurate and accessible data for business analytics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiencies.
• Perform data mining, segmentation, and predictive modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support marketing, finance, and sales initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through rigorous data validation, cleansing, and quality control measures.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data/Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, with a track record of creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Strong expertise in data warehouse modeling, ETL processes, and SQL querying.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling.
• Strong ability to lead and execute projects in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Bonus Skills:

• Tableau Creator certification.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Previous exposure to cloud-based data analytics platforms, such as AWS or Snowflake.
