As the Senior Product Designer at Kiosk, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the product journey, from conceptualization to launch. Responsibilities:
- Visual and Interaction Design: Craft visually captivating and highly interactive designs that resonate with our user base, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and a profound grasp of design fundamentals.
- High-Fidelity Prototyping: Develop intricate, high-fidelity prototypes that elucidate nuanced interactions, transcending linear flows to convey design concepts effectively and guide implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional leads to conceptualize and implement design solutions, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ownership and Problem-Solving: Assume ownership of projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure impeccable work quality without external prompting.
- Creative Problem Solving: Approach challenges with ingenuity and an open mindset, pioneering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of conventional thinking.
- Design Critiques and Operations: Lead design critiques with a constructive and collaborative approach, refining design operations to support the team’s growth.
- Cultivate Design Culture: Foster a culture of design excellence and shared accountability for product quality, inspiring the team to prioritize superior design and user experience.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Product Design experience in consumer-facing applications
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Exceptional visual design skills, coupled with a deep understanding of typography, design principles, and aesthetics
- Proficiency in systems thinking and information architecture
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong inclination towards designing within the context of web3
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with web3 and foundational crypto concepts
- Background in social media
- Copywriting skills
- Motion design and animation experience
- Branding and marketing expertise
- Front-end coding knowledge

Salary range: $175,000 – $225,000 (based on experience)
