With a focus on mass adoption, we are crafting a web-based 3D open world that incorporates various gamification elements, providing users with opportunities to monetize through digital asset ownership and social interaction. Our vision is to empower creators and communities to build, play, and earn in a realm beyond the physical, welcoming users from diverse backgrounds to embark on unique journeys.

We are in search of an outstanding Art Producer who can spearhead and oversee the end-to-end production schedule for our game art pipelines. You excel in collaborating with a diverse pool of 3D artists, fostering their best work within a team environment while adhering to critical deadlines.

Your Responsibilities:

• Report to our Chief Creative Officer, contributing to the management of Art team performance.
• Collaborate closely with our Art Director and 3D team to accurately scope art production and establish internal deadlines.
• Skillfully prioritize needs over wants to ensure timely art delivery aligned with product deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure art requirements align with product features.
• Manage selected external art vendor relationships, ensuring production quality meets our team’s high standards.
• Develop and uphold robust operational practices to tightly integrate art assets with product needs.
• Manage Jira tickets related to all aspects of art integration with product development.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or issues and propose proactive solutions to prevent blockers.
• Facilitate daily scrums, ensuring the art team operates efficiently.

About You:

• Possess 4+ years of experience as a producer in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of 3D pipelines and production processes.
• Proficiency in Jira and adept at ticket management.
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, and identity-related concepts.
• Excited to collaborate with a fully decentralized team spanning multiple time zones.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in producing NFT art collections.
• Proficiency with Unity or other Game Engines and preparing assets for games.
• Atlassian certification(s) or equivalent expertise in Jira or other relevant Atlassian tools.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in Korean (preferred but not mandatory).
