About the Team
The Polkadot Runtime team oversees Polkadot’s business logic and associated tools, spanning from low-level design like FRAME macros to messaging formats like XCM and system architecture.
About the Position
We seek a Europe/UK-based Technical Product Manager (TPM) with diverse skills ranging from user interaction and roadmap planning to collaborating with core developers on solutions. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with developers using the Polkadot tech stack to address their key challenges
- Work with Parity leadership to define high-impact Engineering objectives
- Translate concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Engage with ecosystem founders to ensure they have the necessary resources for success on the Polkadot tech stack
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A background in engineering, with a knack for understanding technical architecture and tradeoffs
- The ability to break down high-level concepts into actionable steps
- Some programming skills would be beneficial
