Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and define recruitment needs and craft job postings accordingly.
- Devise and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging innovative methods including social media and online platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn to identify and reach out to exceptional talents through outbound outreach.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR agencies to ensure a steady flow of high-quality talent.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with proficiency in high-volume recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability to develop effective candidate sourcing and search techniques for both passive and active candidates.
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for gaming and/or Web3 technologies is a plus.
