This is an internship opportunity open to applicants based in the CIS region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage local user-focused online and offline Trust Wallet communities.
Moderate regional social media and chat groups to increase community followers and foster positive engagement.
Identify and leverage new community-friendly platforms to enhance local community interactions.
Organize online and offline events and meet-ups in the region.
Create, translate, and proofread content tailored to serve the local community and users of Trust Wallet.
Establish strategic partnerships with regional Developer Communities, Universities, Blockchain associations, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other web2 and web3 audiences.
Execute successful online and offline Developer campaigns, such as hackathons, workshops, and conferences, from conception to implementation.
Explore new community-friendly platforms to support community expansion.
Report to the regional marketing manager.

Requirements:

Strong understanding and interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and decentralized culture.
Previous experience in community management, social media growth, and technology companies.
Fluency in English and local languages is essential.
Proven track record of achieving growth metrics from inception to success.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Humble, fast-learning, resourceful, and action-oriented.
Willingness to take ownership and step out of comfort zones.
Experience cultivating passionate user or developer communities to drive market adoption of technologies.
Ability to effectively manage a diverse, remote-first team with various backgrounds, opinions, and work styles.
Willingness to focus solely on this role without engaging in trading or side hustles.
