Role Responsibilities

• Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, encompassing digital and print materials, marketing collateral, video assets, and presentations.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in developing creatives across various digital branding assets, performance marketing, print collateral, and offline event assets.
• Possess expertise in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Figma, among others.
• Lead video production from inception to delivery, with hands-on experience in video production tools being essential.
• Spearhead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
• Drive design experimentation across collateral to enhance engagement.
• Conduct regular reviews and critiques of creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project briefs and brand standards.
• Experience in generative AI art and NFT design is a valuable asset.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ideate designs for various projects.
• Implement processes and standards to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and elevate creative output.
• Manage the day-to-day intake and timely delivery of creative assignments, oversee team resources, and prioritize multiple projects for various stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external design vendors, agencies, freelancers, and contractors to augment internal capabilities and meet project demands.
