About the Office of the CTO:

The Office of the CTO drives innovation and sustains the foundational technologies essential to Consensys’ products and ventures. We’re dedicated to staying ahead of web3 trends, producing critical technologies, and advocating for web3 principles. Our approach includes open research, software development, participation in open-source communities, and thought leadership. We ensure our initiatives align with and bolster Consensys’ strategy.

About the Role:

As a Senior AI Engineer in the Office of the CTO’s AI team, you’ll work closely with a collaborative group to integrate AI tools and technologies across Consensys. You’ll leverage your expertise to build AI solutions that enhance our products, market strategies, and support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about AI developments, regulations, and trends.
• Provide Consensys teams with appropriate AI tools and technologies.
• Develop AI solutions to streamline developer workflows and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform AI prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Engage with foundational AI and web3 technologies.
• Support product teams in implementing AI features.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in remote teamwork and organization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to advocate for and implement improvements based on learnings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in front-end development using JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS AI services.
• Bonus points for interest or experience in blockchain technology, particularly Ethereum.

The salary range for US-based candidates will be determined during the interview process based on experience and skills. The US pay range (excluding bonus, equity, or other benefits) is $100,000—$180,000 USD.
