Your Responsibilities:

Join a top-tier infrastructure and tools team dedicated to core Infura engineering projects. Infura is committed to delivering and maintaining a high-performance service accessible worldwide, supported by modern tools and methodologies that ensure our developers’ safety and efficiency.

• As a reliability engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing tooling for test automation, infrastructure as code, single pane of glass observability, Kubernetes, and execution tracing.
• Reliability engineers are essential in assisting our SRE teams, engineering teams, and testing teams in efficiently managing and securing infrastructure.
• Your focus will include security, platform engineering, and strategic capacity planning, all critical components of reliability engineering.
• A comprehensive understanding of traditional virtual server infrastructure, containerized workloads, and modern serverless architectures is essential for this role. 

We utilize a variety of tools and technologies, including infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS, event-driven architectures like Kinesis and Kafka, frontend applications like React and Node.js, both relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and DynamoDB, Linux-based operating systems, as well as blockchain and DLT technologies.
