We’re on the lookout for a skilled Product Analyst to join our team and assist us in unraveling crucial insights about our users and product performance. With our rapid growth trajectory, we’re not just seeking growth indicators, but also identifying bottlenecks and friction points.

Responsibilities:

Define analytics events and validate their accurate transmission.
Generate reports and dashboards for product launches.
Identify areas of drop-off in conversions and cohorts and ascertain the underlying causes.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing/product/data analyst.
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to understand and optimize existing code.
Familiarity with columnar databases is advantageous.
Experience in developing dashboards using any renowned BI system.
Expertise in identifying declines in conversion rates and determining causative factors.
Solid grasp of marketing and product metrics.
Basic understanding of crypto and blockchain.
Proficiency in Russian and English at the C1 level, as a significant portion of our team does not speak Russian.
