Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
• Utilize agile project management methodologies to facilitate adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to define project scopes, objectives, and ensure resource availability and allocation.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to make independent decisions, show initiative, and initiate new projects.
• Experience in developing technical specifications and product requirements.
• Understanding of the web service development process and familiarity with technologies such as APIs.
• Proficiency in working with analytics systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• A track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion within the Fintech industries.
• Experience in DeFi and Blockchain technologies.
