Marketing Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will spearhead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, orchestrate event planning and scaling efforts, devise lead generation strategies, and collaborate closely with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture prospective customers.
- Support the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences, while tracking engagement efficacy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their requirements and provide them with quality leads and sales enablement materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create compelling content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in a Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech B2B environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and project management software.
- Familiarity with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an anticipated annual compensation ranging from $110,000.00 to $160,000. The actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, and other pertinent factors. Additionally, this role offers various forms of compensation and benefits, including overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonuses, paid time off, participation in equity and retirement plans, and comprehensive health benefits.
