The Role:

In our Revenue team, we are in search of an adept product manager and Bitcoin advocate who is dedicated to developing products within the Bitcoin industry. This role entails overseeing the overall structuring, rough consensus, and prioritization of our product direction, collaborating closely with product design, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Swan’s mission and facilitate the onboarding of new Bitcoiners through Swan IRA, buying and selling experiences, web app features, and upcoming Swan services.
• Possess a deep understanding of both novice and seasoned Bitcoiners, and exhibit flexibility in balancing trade-offs and prioritizing their Jobs to Be Done (JTBD).
• Cultivate strong relationships with product design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to facilitate effective product planning and development.
• Lead the team’s Shape Up process and prioritize tasks across multiple services, business objectives, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to assess and prioritize feature requests and bugs in alignment with the team’s product direction.
• Proactively identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the Swan business and across various teams.

Skills and Experience That Will Aid Your Success:

• A fervent passion for Bitcoin and a deep appreciation of customer experience, business models, and Bitcoin adoption.
• Profound understanding of Bitcoin financial services and the trade-offs involved in user experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, as well as proficiency in one or more other disciplines (product design, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.), preferably with fintech or traditional finance (tradfi) experience.
• Strong proficiency in communication, tools, and product practices (e.g., Notion, Linear, Whimsical, Figma, lean canvas, value prop design, JTBD, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
