About the Role:

This role primarily focuses on Business Development and B2B sales. Your key responsibilities include researching, identifying, and targeting new sectors to uncover prospecting opportunities. This entails generating leads independently, converting opportunities, and managing inbound leads throughout the sales cycle. Aurora will equip you with the necessary tools to plan and execute outreach efforts through emails, calls, events, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to attract new opportunities. As Aurora Cloud expands, upselling to existing clients will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or similar roles within high-growth technology companies.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, legal, and marketing professionals on joint projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related financial products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and commercial partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new leads.
  • Maintain relationships with existing prospects.
  • Lead qualification and contract negotiation.
