About the Role:
We are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead the widespread adoption of the Tren Finance CDP protocol. Your role involves expanding the array of money markets on our platform and establishing valuable partnerships. Your decisions will play a pivotal role in determining the tokens eligible for collateral listing during the Tren Finance product launch, and you will wield direct influence over the networks on which Tren Finance will be deployed in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, encompassing both outbound and inbound approaches. Stay vigilant about market trends and competitive activities to pinpoint the most promising campaigns.
- Conduct meticulous due diligence for potential partnerships, thoroughly assessing the risks associated with integrating collateral tokens into the protocol.
- Attain a deep understanding of our product and service offerings, enabling effective reproduction and on-the-spot pitching when required.
- Cultivate close relationships within our existing strategic partnership network.
- Design and implement strategies to expand the partnership network, attracting a higher volume of top-tier deal flow.
- Maintain consistent engagement with the community members on Discord, effectively conveying our vision and value proposition alongside managing potential partnerships.
- Keep internal team collaborations efficient by maintaining updated systems and documentation on Notion.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success with 2+ years in sales and/or business development roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto space, substantiated by a proven track record in prior crypto positions and/or as an experienced crypto investor.
- Ability to innovate and explore unconventional avenues for business growth.
- Rapid learning aptitude driven by a profound affinity for the industry, our products/services, and the future vision.
- Proficient understanding of DeFi protocols such as AAVE, MakerDAO, Curve, Uniswap, etc.
- Strong comprehension of the functionalities of CDP protocols.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and Notion.
