The Role: Product Manager

We seek a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our blockchain products. Taking ownership of product strategy and vision, you’ll collaborate across the ecosystem to make Tezos the most innovative blockchain.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.

Product Development:

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

Market Research:

• Identify customer needs and opportunities in the blockchain space.
• Use data and user feedback to enhance user experience.

Roadmap Planning:

• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact.
• Work closely with development teams for timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Effectively communicate product updates and milestones.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in product development and implement proactive strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Product Manager in the blockchain industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of blockchain technology.
• Experience with developer tooling (SDKs, IDEs, programming languages).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
