Role Overview:

As a Team Lead, your focus is on delivering operational excellence. You are accountable for project delivery, task prioritization, and representing the team’s interests. In people management, collaborate with engineering directors to coach and develop team members, holding one-on-ones, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing overall team performance. Understand the broader context, communicate project alignment with the larger picture, and guide the team effectively.

Tech Stack:

The tech stack is cloud-native, predominantly in Golang. It follows a microservices architecture and employs a mix of relational and non-relational databases.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Empathetic and supportive leadership
Product-minded with the ability to represent the engineering perspective
Strong software engineering background
Knowledgeable in managing trade-offs to deliver projects
Basic project management skills (bonus)
Familiarity with web stack technologies
Blockchain experience (specifically Ethereum and IPFS) is advantageous but not mandatory
