Job Description:

• System Design: Strategize the construction of services, their communication, and interactions with third parties.
• Feature Development and Optimization: Take ownership of backend features supporting various platforms (extension, mobile, desktop).
• Infrastructure: Define how Trust Wallet operates and deploys backend services for millions of users.
• Team Building: Collaborate with the team to establish and foster a culture of continuous improvement with each new hire.
• User Interaction: Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Trust Wallet, offering support, and gathering feedback to guide product direction.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including significant expertise in Go (2+ years for Mid-Level role).
• Experience in constructing microservice-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of Key Value, SQL databases.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a blockchain-based project.
• Proficiency in building distributed systems, identifying and analyzing performance bottlenecks.
• Expertise in NoSQL and/or other database storage engines.
