Job Description:

BNB Chain is seeking a skilled Senior Social Media Content Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We’re looking for individuals passionate about cryptocurrency, innovation, and financial technology, with expertise in social media content creation, management, and community engagement.

As a Senior Social Media Operations Manager at BNB Chain, your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day Social Media Operations: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, encompassing original text, photos, videos, and news.
• Video Content Production: Produce and edit video content for various social media platforms.
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Online Activities: Plan and execute online activities to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions, competitions, AMAs, etc.
• Community Engagement: Communicate with users, respond to queries promptly, and monitor issues.
• Influencer Collaboration: Maintain relationships with KOLs and collaborate with influencers to drive followers and user acquisition.
• Metrics Monitoring: Monitor social media traffic metrics, stay updated on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven extensive experience in social media content operations.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with content strategy, integrated marketing, viral activity, etc.
• Proficiency in English for effective team communication.
• Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills.
• Strong project and time management skills, capable of prioritizing and working under pressure.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ads, Communications, or a related field, along with a general interest and knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in social media or marketing operations.
• Ability to adapt to a remote working arrangement.
• Preferred experience in the blockchain industry and Web3.
