(Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop marketing and promotional strategies for the latest features, products, services, and iterations across different product lines.
2. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to integrate resources for promoting products, utilizing various channels such as on-site promotions, external channel communications, and community KOL outreach.
3. Formulate detailed marketing plans for product-related communications, covering overall promotion schedules, communication angles, core messaging points, various channel communication formats, creative material guidance, etc. Effectively integrate internal resources to facilitate better user outreach in the market.
4. Collaborate with the product team to test and experience newly launched product features, providing feedback from a user experience perspective. Suggest and refine promotional strategies, highlighting product selling points and addressing user pain points to enhance the overall user experience.
5. Regularly communicate with the product and research teams, track the progress of new product launches, follow up on timelines, and oversee the overall progress of product promotion projects. Manage processes effectively.

 (Job Requirements):

1. Over 2 years of experience in product operations or other relevant product and technology roles, with industry-specific work experience.
2. Strong knowledge and passion for the industry, with a foundational understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, etc.
3. Self-driven with excellent communication skills, adept at teamwork and leadership.
4. Strong organizational skills, proactive in process management, and a positive, proactive approach to tasks. Proficient in English with the ability to read and write. Bachelor’s degree or above.
