Who We’re Looking For

We are in search of a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical teams and spearhead the innovation that defines NeonLabs. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in low-level programming languages such as C, C++, and Rust, coupled with extensive experience in developing complex systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, driving technological innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a diverse and high-performing technical team.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to propel product development and innovation.
• Maintain a profound understanding of current and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for their application within our projects.
• Engage with the broader tech community, representing NeonLabs at industry events and forums.
• Establish robust partnerships with external entities in both the Web2 and Web3 spaces.

Skills: Nice to Have and Strong Plus

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, focusing on low-level programming languages such as C, C++, and Rust.
• Proven track record in developing complex, large-scale systems.
• Extensive experience in both Web2 and Web3 technologies, with a solid understanding of decentralized systems and blockchain.
• Previous experience in leadership roles within large corporations, showcasing the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive technological initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving common goals.
