Who We’re Looking For
The Neon team seeks an experienced Rust Developer eager to contribute to challenging blockchain projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Write high-quality code applicable to the development process and suitable for publication.
- Propose solutions to address bottlenecks in the code/architecture.
- Provide technical implementation guidance to Neon EVM clients.
- Contribute to the design and specifications of upcoming versions of Neon Labs products.
Skills: Nice to Have and Strong Plus
- Extensive experience with Rust language.
- Proficiency in working with various programming languages and tools; additional experience with Python and JavaScript is a plus.
- Substantial programming experience on GNU/Linux.
- Eagerness to stay updated on the latest technology.
- Solid experience in core blockchain protocol design.
- Scientific mindset, continuously seeking innovative solutions through rigorous experimentation.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze research papers, offering improved solutions and understanding trade-offs.
- Passion for solving real-world problems impacting the current blockchain space.
