About the Data Team:

The Data Team at ConsenSys builds and operates our modern data stack, facilitating actionable insights for teams across the company to enhance the overall product experience. Privacy is a priority, and the team ensures the delivery of this commitment.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join us, proficient in tools like SQL and Python, to work closely with our Product Teams. This role involves creating and tracking metrics, maintaining data standards, proposing innovative solutions through exploratory data analysis, and optimizing data structures.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Teams to create and track metrics, maintaining data standards.
Propose innovative solutions through exploratory data analysis from complex datasets.
Optimize data structure to support initiatives, increase operational efficiency, and improve collaboration.
Manage the analytics lifecycle from inception to delivery and potential ongoing maintenance.
Visualize analysis into easy-to-consume storylines for stakeholders.
Provide business insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, or data scientist.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
Experience using at least one data visualization product (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills to address business needs.

Bonus Points for:

Experience with descriptive and inferential statistics.
Experience working with on-chain (Ethereum) data.
