Join us! We’re seeking a motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our Digital Asset OTC Sales Desk, guiding clients through the dynamic world of digital assets.

About the role

We are actively seeking a motivated and seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our Digital Asset OTC Sales Desk and play a key role in guiding clients through the dynamic landscape of digital assets.

As a Client Relationship Manager at CoinFlip, your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and capitalizing on new client relationships. Additionally, you will cultivate and expand a portfolio of business by assisting clients in navigating the complexities of digital assets. Your expertise in catering to high net worth and institutional clients, addressing their trading needs, will be crucial. Providing expert guidance and delivering an exceptional service experience in cryptocurrency and digital asset investments are central to your role.

As an integral part of our established North American team, you will contribute to the continued growth of our business, aiming to establish the Digital Asset OTC desk as a market leader in the region. Your in-depth understanding of the industry, technology, and market dynamics will be leveraged to help clients achieve their digital asset investment objectives. It is essential to stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new potential clients through extensive relationship networks across the United States, with a specific focus on identifying opportunities within high net worth and institutional segments.
  • Build and oversee a portfolio of relationships with clients engaged in substantial trades and positions involving cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients involved in diverse cryptocurrency and digital asset transactions.
  • Host and participate in networking events to expand industry connections.
  • Utilize existing networks and explore new avenues within the industry and community to expand your client portfolio.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure their investment needs are addressed.
  • Develop a comprehensive profile outlining client objectives, digital asset goals, and investment strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence on transactions to mitigate risks for both clients and the firm’s operations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements in the blockchain and digital asset industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including research, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate prior experience as a Sales Trader in traditional finance, digital assets, or derivatives, with a focus on proactively cultivating new client relationships rather than solely transaction-based interactions.
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the digital asset industry, coupled with a robust understanding of market dynamics and various investment strategies.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing the ability to establish and sustain robust client relationships.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in conducting thorough due diligence and offering guidance on investment transactions.
  • Possess self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Feel comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a high degree of adaptability.
