Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold a centralized tool that interfaces with multiple exchanges to facilitate secure and flexible asset transfers.
- Architect and establish Middleware systems to underpin the full spectrum of company product offerings.
- Devise and build a range of data-driven smart systems aimed at streamlining the trade operations workflow. This entails tasks such as customer attribution logic, configuration management design, process management, deployment, monitoring, data collection, and comprehensive analysis.
- Create and implement sophisticated attribution logic to accommodate intricate settlement processes for subaccounts, virtual accounts, and more.
- Assume ownership of the end-to-end engineering workflow, which encompasses the resolution of production issues arising from internal and external factors. Additionally, take a proactive approach to monitoring and troubleshooting trading systems and exchanges/venues.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A degree in BE/BTech or equivalent experience, with a preference for a background in Computer Science.
- A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience, including working on production-scale web applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in an AWS environment and familiarity with contemporary web technologies, such as AWS cloud, MySQL databases, Redis caching, and messaging tools like Kafka/SQS, among others.
- Willingness to engage in backend work and a readiness to delve into backend or datastore tasks when necessary.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous architectures.
- Proficiency in modern technical methodologies prevalent in the industry, and an ability to adapt to dynamic working environments.
- A strong passion for contributing to the development of an open financial system, taking our product to the next level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following object-oriented programming languages: Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen attention to detail in operations.
