About the Job:
In your role as a Product Alignment Manager within the Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the customer success strategy for ConsenSys’ key products and partnerships. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the holistic customer experience for individuals and organizations engaging with us, be it during their product implementation, adoption phase, or continuous utilization of ConsenSys’ offerings. This is an internal position where you’ll collaborate closely with the product teams to provide valuable input for the development process and enhance the overall service experience and offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Defining the comprehensive scope and structure of your program, ensuring its success through active engagement with various stakeholders across different ConsenSys teams.
- Taking ownership of the overall relationship, serving as a virtual ‘ambassador’ between groups to foster alignment at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Establishing alignment and coherence in OKRs and KPIs between the product teams and the customer success organization to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Managing potential risks, resolving conflicts, and promptly addressing any identified gaps.
- Ensuring that program documents are comprehensive, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
- Proactively driving communication, awareness, and visibility among all relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying the necessary personnel and resources, collaborating closely with team leads to maintain visibility across multiple projects.
- Providing relevant status updates to customer success and product leadership, as well as all involved stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and engagement with pertinent stakeholders to advance projects.
- Strong communication skills, facilitating clear and productive interactions, active listening, and the establishment of robust working relationships.
- Impeccable organizational abilities, allowing for the concurrent management of multiple work streams and comprehensive oversight of their overall progress.
- Previous experience in leading programs or projects within the software industry, as this will be pivotal for your ability to work autonomously and make a substantial impact.
- Profound analytical skills, enabling you to strategize and evaluate the success of your projects meticulously.

- Experience in customer-facing roles related to software, such as Customer Success Management (CSM) or customer support.
