Job Description
Offchain Labs has created a suite of scaling solutions for Ethereum, including Arbitrum, an Optimistic Rollup that instantaneously enhances app scalability, reduces expenses, and boosts capacity, all while preserving Ethereum’s security. Migrating contracts to Arbitrum demands no code modifications or downloads since it is compatible with existing Ethereum developer languages and tools.
Today, Arbitrum leads the Ethereum scaling solutions market, with a substantial market share encompassing hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity. Our team is profoundly dedicated and works tirelessly to bridge the gap between the potential of blockchain technology and its realization. The Partnerships Manager – Success Management holds a pivotal role within our company, collaborating directly with the partnerships and strategy teams to identify opportunities within the Arbitrum ecosystem, engage with startup founders, and execute essential initiatives. We seek a talented individual with a well-balanced blend of technical and ecosystem knowledge, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Identifying opportunities and strategic alignment among active teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- Participating in cross-functional account planning sessions (Partnerships, Developer Relations, Community, etc.), contributing ideas to enhance account growth.
- Enhancing growth across the ecosystem.
- Coordinating with the engineering team to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Extracting insights and recurring themes from projects and conveying feedback to the Product team, highlighting areas that may require action.
- Maintaining current knowledge of our related technology and effectively communicating its business value.
Qualifications:
- A crypto native with strong multitasking skills, strategic thinking, project management capabilities, an affinity for well-defined processes, and a cheerful demeanor.
- Relevant business development experience within the crypto industry; product experience is a plus.
- A profound passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, pursue, and close complex initiatives.
- Experience in garnering support from key internal stakeholders to underpin strategic decisions.
- Capability to deliver presentations and public speeches to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience with a rapidly growing technology company.
- A strong reputation within the blockchain industry.
