About the Role
Last year, we introduced our inaugural product, Index, which has since seen the successful onboarding of hundreds of customers onto the platform. These include notable names like Zora, Optimism, POAP, NounsDAO, 0x Labs, Immutable, Hashflow, Arweave, and Polymarket, among others.
Recently, we’ve initiated the rollout of Mirror, a comprehensive data pipeline solution designed to stream on-chain data directly to existing off-chain databases.
As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a customer-focused technical generalist to join our Technical Services team. This team is responsible for handling technical interactions with current and prospective customers both before and after the sale. Our goal is to assist them in transforming and synchronizing on-chain data, sourced from subgraphs or our decoded datasets, into their data warehouses. In this role, you will collaborate with John (Technical Services Lead), Jeff (CTO), Hemanth (GTM), and other colleagues across the company to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will become an expert in our products and leverage that expertise to develop customized products and services. Given our small team size, you will take on a variety of responsibilities. This will involve working closely with the engineering team to address customer-facing issues and infrastructure challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product and marketing teams to facilitate smooth product launches and provide valuable insights into how our customers utilize our products.

Master Our Technology: You will immerse yourself in our platform, becoming a true expert, and gain in-depth knowledge of our competitive landscape. Your expertise will enable you to guide customers in comprehending their pain points, available options, trade-offs, and the suitability of Goldsky as a platform for their needs.
Craft Tailored Data Products: With a wealth of data at our disposal and diverse customer needs, you will identify opportunities to optimize this process by developing reusable, customized data products.
Develop Demonstrations and Resources: Collaborate with us to construct compelling use cases for our products and create comprehensive guides that empower more individuals to independently utilize our offerings.
On-the-Fly Problem Solving: In the ever-evolving landscape of a nascent industry, we are pioneering sophisticated tools.
