Your Unique Opportunity
This role presents an exclusive chance to become a foundational member of CoinTracker’s newly established enterprise accounting division. As the Product Lead, your responsibilities encompass defining our enterprise strategy, participating in team recruitment, orchestrating the launch of our initial product (from inception to completion), and spearheading revenue growth in collaboration with our tax, go-to-market, design, and engineering units. With successful execution, you have the potential to transform this business segment into an entity larger than our entire company within a span of three years.
Expected Outcomes in One Year
Achieve Adoption: Acquire 50 businesses as paying customers for our enterprise accounting product.
Assemble an Exceptional Team: Recruit and onboard a team comprising 1 designer, 6 engineers, and 2 go-to-market professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities
Forge CoinTracker’s enterprise strategy and devise a comprehensive product roadmap, leading the product’s launch from inception to realization.
Establish and oversee a high-performing, cross-functional team encompassing experts in accounting, customer success, design, engineering, and go-to-market/sales.
Assume end-to-end responsibility for the entire product development cycle, encompassing ideation, user research, vision definition, and successful delivery of a top-tier product that garners user adoration.
Emerge as the world’s leading authority on the cryptocurrency accounting industry.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise with over 7 years of experience in delivering top-notch B2B products.
- Additional Value: Experience in accounting-related product development.
- Track record of owning and driving successful products from concept to launch and subsequent growth.
- Profound ability to lead through influential guidance and leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in technical, analytical, user-centric, and problem-solving capabilities.
