7. Continuously identify and execute process enhancements to optimize project efficiency and efficacy.

Qualifications:

The qualifications for this role are as follows:

1. Hold relevant certifications in Product/Project Management.
2. Possess on-the-job experience leading an open-source product/project.
3. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a specialization in technical projects.
4. Demonstrate a sound understanding of software development and technology infrastructure.
5. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7. Ability to articulate our products to external stakeholders and elicit feedback.
